Curly Reading: Hand in Hair Syndrome

I found this article on Naturally Curly earlier, but I though it was share worthy!  Especially as one of those naturals who loves playing in their hair...sometimes you really don't realize you're doing it until someone else points it out.  It's important to note that it's okay to appreciate your hair with a fluff here or there, but constant manipulation and playing in your hair can lead to negative consequences.  Check out the article and let the author know how you deal with HIHS.
