I'm on BLENDED BEAUTY!!

COMING SOON: National Natural Hair Meetup Day
Hey guys, have you heard? I know I was a bit late on it, but apparently this National Natural Hair Meetup Day has been in the works for MONTHS!! Here's a brief snippet about the event...
The National Natural Hair Meetup Day is an annual one-day event. Its purpose is to allow the opportunity for women across the country to meet in their own communities while networking, sharing and meeting (virtually) other women across the country participating in meetups on the same day. Natural hair meetups are events designed to share information, techniques, inspiration and products to aid individuals in their natural hair journey.
The creator and founder of the this brilliant idea is Ms. Adeea Rogers, a beautiful North Carolina natural and the blogger/vlogger behind The Trendy Socialite. This idea has blossomed into a national day of recognition, inspiring naturals across the states to participate in the celebrating the beauty of being natural. Sponsors are stepping up in a big way too, offering products and discounts to participating meetup groups.
The Houston edition of the NNHMD will take place May 19th, at 3pm at Pappadeaux for those naturals who can attend. Both Nappy Love Houston and Naturally Happy Hair will be represented, as well as many other naturals in the Houston area, so make sure you RSVP as soon as possible so we can reserve appropriate amount of tables.

COMING SOON: Natural Resources Salon Event
Hey guys!! Guess who's coming to Houston...Kim Coles!! She's going to be at Natural Resources Salon for a kick off to the 5th Annual Women's Empowerment Conference! The wonderful Kim Coles will be the keynote speaker for this fantastic event, and I for one plan to be in the building. Natural Resources Salon will no doubt prove to be the perfect host for this celebration, providing an upscale ambiance and a modern backdrop.
