Wow I Google's you and found your site Lisa. I am a natural who gave up her heat styled hair because I disliked wearing my hair straight. I wanted body, volume and curls. I found my hair type on naturallycurly.com it is 3c/4a like yours. I really need help finding what products that work too. I am in college on a budget, I go to the UNLV in Las Vegas, NV. Hey Megan, thanks for checking out my site :) Congratulations on your journey too! There are lots of products that are inexpensive but still can work, check Walmart, Sally's, Target, or www.CurlMart.com when they're having sales. Shea Moisture products are inexpensive and often times are on sale at CVS/Walgreens, same with EDEN BodyWorks (they're at Walmart and Sallys and www.edenbodyworks.com) Doesn't have to be expensive, I still use my Suave Tropical Coconut conditioner :) Good luck girl, and keep going!
